We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to support the sales and marketing activities of our industrial machinery business. The role involves industrial plant visits, identifying potential customers, understanding their machinery requirements, maintaining client relationships, preparing business correspondence, and supporting sales follow-ups.

The candidate should be comfortable interacting with industrial clients and visiting manufacturing plants, factories, workshops, and other industrial establishments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular industrial plant and factory visits to identify potential customers and understand their machinery requirements.
- Meet with plant managers, purchase teams, production managers, engineers, and other decision-makers.
- Generate leads through field visits, market research, referrals, and client interactions.
- Explain the company's industrial machinery, products, features, applications, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through phone calls,



emails, and personal meetings.
- Prepare and send quotations, enquiries, proposals, follow-up letters, and other business correspondence.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely responses to their queries.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities using MS Excel.
- Prepare basic sales reports, customer databases, follow-up sheets, and monthly activity reports.

Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust email writing and professional correspondence skills.
- Ability to prepare formal letters, quotations, enquiries, follow-up emails, and business communications.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formula
