Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop store employees.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of retail management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage store operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Sales and business development skills.
- Financial and analytical skills.

Salary:15000-20000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
