Role Description
The Zoho Development Consultant will work on-site in Mumbai on a contract basis, collaborating closely with business and operations teams to design, configure, and optimize Zoho applications. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, building and customizing Zoho modules (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, or Zoho Creator), and integrating Zoho tools with other systems used across the organization.



The consultant will develop workflows, automation rules, and reports to improve process efficiency and data visibility, while ensuring system stability and data accuracy. Responsibilities also include testing and debugging configurations, documenting solutions, training users, and providing ongoing support for enhancements and issue resolution. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, gather feedback, and ensure that Zoho implementations effectively support Radiance Green Mobility’s operational and growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Robust hands-on experience in Zoho application development and customization (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books), including workflows, automation, and Deluge scripting.
