- Maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, MCC and control panels.
- Maintenance and calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH and gas-related instruments.
- Handling instrumentation and automation systems for digesters, biogas purification, membrane systems, compressors, blowers, gas storage and CBG filling systems.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Troubleshooting of sensors, control valves, actuators, motors and electrical circuits.
- Coordination with Process, Mechanical and HSE teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintaining calibration records, maintenance reports, drawings and E&I; documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical, instrumentation and plant safety procedures.
