Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured lectures on Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry as per the syllabus and academic calendar
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, practice sheets, and test papers aligned with JEE/NEET pattern
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to students
- Doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring for weaker students
- Track student progress and share performance reports with academic coordinators/parents
- Coordinate with other faculty for integrated test series and mock exams
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a productive learning environment
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and teaching methodologies

Qualifications:
- B.Sc./M.Sc.



in Chemistry (Tier 1 college preferred for freshers)
- B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory for competitive-exam coaching roles

Experience:
- 0–5 years; freshers from Tier 1 institutes can be considered
- Prior experience teaching JEE/NEET aspirants is a plus

Skills Required:
- Strong subject command across all three branches of Chemistry
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner levels
- Positive communication and classroom management skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
