Key Responsibilities : -

We are looking for a Diploma Holder in Architecture / Architectural Assistantship to support the architectural team in design development, drafting, documentation, coordination, and project execution.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, willing to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working under the guidance of senior architects on large-scale architectural projects.
- Assist senior architects and project architects in developing architectural drawings and documentation.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Assist in developing drawings from conceptual design through detailed design and construction documentation..
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultant drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, sheet layouts, references, and revisions.
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, schedules, material specifications, and other project documentation where required.




- Participate in site visits and assist in recording site conditions and preparing site-related documentation..
- Maintain organized project files and ensure that the latest revisions are issued to the relevant team members.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that assigned drawings and tasks are completed within project timelines

- Able to follow instructions while also identifying drawing-related issues
- Organized and disciplined with respect to deadlines
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Good at coordination and communication
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Comfortable working under tight project timelines

Preferred Qualifications : -
- Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Assistantship from a recognized institution
