Job Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day production activities in the IV Fluids manufacturing area.
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes as per approved SOPs, BMRs, and GMP requirements.
- - Prepare and process pharmaceutical solutions used for IV fluids according to approved manufacturing procedures.
- - Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pH, volume, mixing time, and filtration.
- - Ensure proper operation and cleaning of production equipment and manufacturing areas.
- - Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and batch manufacturing documentation.
- - Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse departments for smooth production activities.
- - Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, safety, hygiene, and pharmaceutical quality standards.
- - Identify production deviations and report them to the Production Head/QA.
- - Follow proper material handling, line clearance, and contamination-control procedures.
- - Support batch reconciliation and yield calculation.




- - Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and safety.

Educational Qualification
- - B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Pharm/M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- - Candidates with a Diploma/B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field may also be considered based on experience.

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in IV Fluids / Large Volume Parenterals (LVP).
- Freshers with relevant pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing knowledge can also apply.

Required Skills
- - Positive knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
- - Knowledge of batch documentation and SOP compliance.
- - Basic understanding of pharmaceutical production equipment and processes.
- - Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- - Willingness to work in shift duties.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
