Role Summary

The Sales Manager will drive sales of graphite concentrate and related products, manage key customer accounts, and support the Sales Head in building and leading the sales function. The role combines direct account management with supervision of the sales executives, and requires a hands-on professional who can both close business and develop the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets for graphite products across target industries.
- Identify, develop, and manage key customer accounts in the refractory, foundry / casting, lubricant, battery, and allied industries.




- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; generate current leads and convert them into recurring business.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor the sales executives; monitor their daily activity, pipeline, and performance.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits, ensuring profitable and collectible sales.
- Coordinate with the plant, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, orders, and collections in the company's sales tracking system / CRM.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing, and report insights to the Sales Head.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
