Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing role based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, search,



and other online channels to increase brand visibility and lead generation for Naukripay Group. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing social media content, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web and marketing metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve results. The role involves close collaboration with HR, sales, and operations teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives and talent acquisition goals. The Digital Marketing professional will also stay updated on industry trends, manage basic content and creatives, and ensure that all online communication is consistent with brand guidelines.

Qualifications
- Robust proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
