Job Summary

The Head – Operations will be responsible for end-to-end operational management of the business, ensuring seamless coordination across Sales, Design, Commercial, Procurement, Production, Projects, Logistics, Installation, Service and Customer Support.The role will have overall ownership of business execution, revenue, cost control, profitability, customer satisfaction, team performance, government liaison, documentation and operational excellence, ensuring that business commitments are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Business & Branch Operations
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end operations from order confirmation to final project handover.
- Drive overall branch performance covering revenue, cost, productivity, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, infrastructure, machinery, materials and other resources.
- Maintain accountability, discipline and performance standards across all operational functions.

2. Sales,



Commercial & Project Coordination
- Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to review order pipeline, customer commitments, commercial requirements and project feasibility.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders from Sales to Operations with transparent scope, timelines, cost and resource requirements.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring and handover within approved timelines, budgets and profitability targets.
- Identify execution risks and ensure timely corrective actions.

3. Production & Manufacturing Management
- Align production capacity and schedules with project requirements and delivery commitments.
- Monitor productivity, quality, capacity utilization and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure optimum utilization of CNC, Beam Saw, Edge Banding, Multi-Boring and related resources.
- Reduce production delays, rework, rejection and material wastage.
