Job Summary

Innovix Pro PVT LTD is seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Accounts Executive with over 5 years of core accounting expertise. This role manages end-to-end GST data preparation, TDS compliance, import documentation, daily banking operations, and hands-on usage of AI tools to modernise accounting workflows and communication.

Key Responsibilities
- GST Compliance & Data Preparation: Compile, reconcile, and prepare data for monthly and quarterly GST filings including GSTR-1, GSTR-2 (reconciliations with GSTR-2A/2B), and GSTR-3B.
- TDS & Direct Taxation: Calculate correct TDS deductions, maintain slab updates under Income Tax rules, prepare TDS reports, and assist with Form 16 generation and filing.
- Tally Accounting & Ledgers: Manage daily bookkeeping, entries, inventory updates, and ledger maintenance using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Import Documentation: Draft, verify,



and organize documentation for import transactions (Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Entry, LC application forms, and TT remittances).
- Banking Operations: Handle physical and digital banking workflows, including drafting cheques, preparing Fixed Deposit (FD) creation/renewal forms, bank reconciliations, and regulatory forms.
- AI Tool Integration: Utilize AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to draft qualified vendor/client emails, summarize financial notes, and optimize administrative accounting workflows.

EducationBachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Master's Degree (M.Com) / MBA in Finance (Inter CA / ICWA is a plus).

Software ProficiencyTally ERP (7.1/9/Prime), MS Excel (Advanced functions), and AI writing/productivity tools.

Taxation & StatutoryIn-depth knowledge of Indian GST framework, TDS sections, rates, and deduction thresholds.
