As we expand our sales, marketing, product, operations, and customer-facing teams, we are looking for an HR professional who can build robust people processes and support a performance-driven culture.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive / HR Manager who will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, performance coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day people operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment and coordinating closely with department heads and management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Product, Tech, and Operations roles.

* Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.





* Manage offer letters, joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, and employee records.

* Maintain attendance, leave, employee databases, and HR trackers.

* Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, appraisals, and performance discussions.

* Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

* Support the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.

* Drive employee engagement, communication, feedback, and retention initiatives.

* Assist management in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a professional workplace culture.

* Coordinate exit formalities, handovers, full-and-final documentation, and exit interviews.

* Prepare regular HR reports covering hiring, attrition, attendance, headcount, and other key HR metrics.

* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee and company information.
