Dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Sales Skilled to manage and grow our business. The role involves developing and managing a strong partner network, engaging with architects and designers to generate business, working closely with end clients to secure orders, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction from project booking to final handover. The candidate will be a key driver of revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer experience in the region

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Build strong relationships with partners to ensure consistent sales performance and market penetration. Monitor partner performance, provide necessary training, and ensure target achievement.
- Architect & Designer Engagement: Regularly meet architects, interior designers, and project consultants to promote products and generate specifications. Conduct product presentations, technical demos, and design consultations.
- End Client Interaction: Meet potential customers (homeowners, builders, developers) to understand requirements and present suitable solutions.



Offer end-to-end support—from booking modular kitchens to supervising installation and final handover. Ensure exceptional customer service, timely project delivery, and high satisfaction scores.
- Sales Target Achievement: Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Event & Marketing Activities: Organize and manage promotional events, product launches, and customer meets at Point of Sale (POS) showrooms. Support marketing campaigns and participate in exhibitions/trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to provide strategic input. Submit regular MIS reports to management.
