*Position:* Senior Accountant

*Location:* Agartala, Tripura

*Experience:* 7-10 years

*Industry:*Manufacturing / Plywood industry preferred

Salary- 30-40k

Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

* Manage billing, invoicing, and dispatch-related documentation.

* Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams for timely billing and dispatch.

* Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.

* Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable.

* Handle bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Monitor expenses, payments, and cash flow.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.





* Prepare MIS and accounting reports for management.

* Ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

* Strong experience in billing, invoicing, dispatch documentation, and accounts management.

* Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

* Experience in a manufacturing/production or plywood company will be preferred.

* Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to independently handle accounting and billing operations.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
