Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, develop customer relationships, promote products/services, and achieve monthly sales targets in Madurai and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent sales leads through field visits, calls, references, and other channels.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain products/services clearly to customers.
- Convert leads and enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and pending orders.




- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Travel within the assigned Madurai territory when required.

Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in Tamil; basic/working knowledge of English preferred.
- Willingness to travel for field sales roles.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field-sales positions.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
