Core Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Fix hardware, software, network, and printer issues via desk visits, phone, or remote tools.
- System Setup: Install, configure, and update operating systems, laptops, desktops, and business applications.
- User Administration: Create new employee accounts, manage access permissions, and handle password resets.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, prioritize, and close support requests using internal helpdesk tools.
- Maintenance & Security: Run system updates, monitor backups, ensure antivirus protection is active, and report security risks. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Windows or Linux OS, computer hardware, and basic networking.
- Soft Skills: Transparent communication, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience: Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems and remote support software.
- Education: A degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or relevant technical certifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
