Role Description
The Communications Associate internship is a remote role focused on supporting Digistall’s outreach and engagement efforts. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will draft and edit press releases, prepare communication materials, and help maintain consistent messaging across digital platforms. The role includes assisting in strategic communications planning, coordinating small projects or campaigns, and tracking communication activities and timelines.



The intern will collaborate with team members to highlight initiatives that advance technology transfer to rural India, and may support basic social media, content updates, and reporting on communication outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills, including Writing and general Communication abilities.
- Experience or interest in Press Releases and media-facing content.
- Understanding of Strategic Communications, including message development and audience targeting.
- Basic Project Management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and support campaigns.
- Interest in rural development, digital inclusion, or e-commerce is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a distributed team.
- Currently pursuing or having completed studies in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
