About the Role

We are seeking a Rust Developer who can bridge highperformance systems programming with modern AI/agentic engineering. This hybrid role is ideal for engineers who thrive at the intersection of deterministic computation and adaptable AI orchestration, ensuring speed, correctness, and scalability in production systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Rust Algorithms: Design and implement graph algorithms, optimization routines, simulations, and data pipelines.
- Performance Benchmarking: Profile Rust implementations against Python to validate performance gains.
- APIs & Interfaces: Build bindings (FFI, PyO3,



gRPC, REST) for AI orchestration layers.
- AI/LLM Integration: Integrate Rust services with LangGraph/LangChain agents and LLM APIs.
- Production-Grade Rust: Write clean, memorysafe, welltested code.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Contribute to Azure DevOps workflows for containerized deployments.
