We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Home Loan Assistance Executive to manage and coordinate the home loan process for real estate customers. The role will involve close coordination with bankers, customers, internal stakeholders, and other partners to ensure timely loan sanctions, disbursements, documentation, invoices, and payouts.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home loan applications, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with major bankers, loan officers, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Track loan applications from submission through sanction and final disbursement.
- Follow up with banks and customers regarding documentation, eligibility, approvals, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate invoices, disbursement requests, payouts, and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, loan trackers, and records using MS Excel.




- Stay updated on banking policies, home loan norms, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation requirements, and market practices.
- Resolve loan-processing issues by coordinating effectively with bankers and internal teams.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the banking and financial services ecosystem.
