As we look to open the hiring process for the PM Soft services Executive, this is high risk role operating with dynamic facility setting consisting of critical areas and risk jobs..

Since the executive will oversee critical daily operations, health and safety compliance- prior relevant experience is strictly mandatory, not only for management but also for the candidate to feel accommodated and gel in well.

The role involves ensuring highest standards of cleaning in common areas, utility rooms upkeep, safety, hygiene and compliance.

Managing Housekeeping team, vendors providing services in waste management, faade cleaning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operation Management
- Vendor and compliance management

- Audit & Quality control




- Support staff management
- Data management

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
- Male candidate- as we have rotational shifts.
- Weekly off will be 1 day in a week-not weekend.
- Minimum experience of 2 years if not in PM, FM works but willingness to work in common areas.
- Strong technical knowledge- HK machines, cleaning chemicals, safety equipments.
- Soft skills- Vendor management, stakeholder coordination, landlord management and crisis communication skills.
- Education- Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel management.
