2. Troubleshoots major equipment malfunctions or failures; Starts up and shuts down facilities of electrical equipments,
3. Manufacturing maintenance provides mechanical or electrical service on various types of machines or equipment, such as EMS, Conveyor, Pressing machine, Nutrunner, Testing machine, Marking machine,process equipment, instrumentation, automation, controls, electromechanical devices,
4. Conducting regular preventative maintenance on all assembly area machines to ensure optimal performance.
5. Identifying and resolving system failures by troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical problems.
6. Maintaining service logs and reports on all maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
7. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
8.
Work with engineering teams to improve reliability and performance of systems.
9.Able to read Hydraluic and pnumatic circuits, Machine assembly drawings, etc.
CNC Maintenance Electrical:
