About the Role

City CEO is a general management role that involves leading a team of debt management executives/managers, owning business targets, and contributing to key strategic initiatives in the debt management charter.
What We Expect From You
- Performance Management:

i. Responsible for hitting the top-line and bottom-line targets

ii. Build processes and metrics that are consistent and scalable

iii. Own the debt management P&L; of Navi in his/her region
- People Management:

i. Build and manage a team of debt management executives and managers

ii. Work closely with central teams like Finance, HR, Quality, Vigilance et:
- Strategic Initiatives:

i. Come up with Operations design strategies for step jump improvements

ii. Conduct experiments to validate insights and scale successful experiments through cross-team collaboration

Must Haves
- Consistent high achievement in academics & work (top 0.1%) with experience up-to 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Impact-driven mindset coupled with a strong bias to action
- Willingness to take on a high-impact execution oriented role as part of a rapid-paced environment
