Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and team for our organization. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a marketing team, execute multi-channel campaigns, drive qualified lead generation for enterprise clients, and strengthen our positioning as a trusted Liferay Silver Partner in the custom IT solutions space. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with robust execution skills, team leadership capability, and direct client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Leadership

Lead, mentor,



and manage the marketing team, including content, SEO/SEM, social media, design, and campaign specialists.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for team members; conduct regular reviews and skill development plans.
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies as needed.

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals, particularly around enterprise IT services and Liferay-based solutions.
Build and manage the marketing roadmap, campaign calendar, and content strategy.
Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, tools, and technologies to improve reach and ROI.
