Job Description

We are looking for a creative, visually driven and digitally savvy individual to lead Tara's Doll World's content, social media and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should combine creative storytelling and a strong visual sense with performance marketing and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage the monthly social media content strategy and calendar for Instagram and other relevant platforms.

Ideate and develop engaging Reels, carousels, Stories, campaigns and recurring content series.

Create content concepts and scripts that bring TDW's dolls and characters to life through humour, storytelling and imaginative play.

Have a strong eye for colour, aesthetics, styling and visual storytelling, particularly suited to the children's market.

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign objectives, budgets and performance optimisation.





Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, conversions and lead generation.

Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement and trend identification.

Develop and manage website content, ensuring it is engaging, relevant and aligned with the brand.

Analyse social media and digital marketing performance and use insights to improve content and campaigns.

Plan content around festivals, product launches, collaborations, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills

Has a highly creative mind and can think beyond conventional product posts.

Understands children's interests, humour, imagination and play, while also understanding what appeals to parents.

Has a strong sense of colour, design, aesthetics and branding.
