Key Responsibilities
- Assist in routine compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules.
- Assist in preparation and filing of MCA/ROC forms and returns, including forms relating to directors, share capital, charges, annual filings and other statutory matters.
- Assist in preparation of Board Meeting and General Meeting documentation, including notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records and corporate documents.
- Assist in preparation of annual compliance documents and statutory disclosures.
- Assist in incorporation of companies, alteration of MOA/AOA, changes in directors, registered office,



share capital and other corporate actions.
- Assist in share allotment, transfer, transmission, increase of authorised capital and other secretarial processes.
- Coordinate with clients, management, auditors, consultants and government authorities wherever required.
- Track statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of compliance activities.
- Assist in drafting notices, resolutions, declarations, letters, applications and other corporate documents.
- Conduct basic research on the Companies Act, MCA notifications, rules, circulars and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance trackers and provide regular status updates to seniors.
- Assist in handling ROC/MCA notices, resubmissions and clarifications.
- Support the team in other corporate secretarial and compliance assignments.

Qualifications
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory.
