We're Hiring: Manager / Sr. Manager for US Logistics Process (Freight Brokerage)

Location: Phase 8, Industrial Area Mohali
Experience: 4 - 9 Years

We're looking for a energetic Manager / Sr. Manager US Logistics Process to lead strategic logistics initiatives, streamline operations and deliver exceptional service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics processes for the US transportation network.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and cost optimization.
- Monitor transportation KPIs, analyze performance metric and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with carriers, freight brokers, warehouses and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with North American transportation regulations and customer requirements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable logistics solutions.




- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for service failures and process deviations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with planning, procurement, customer service and operations teams.
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives within logistics processes.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4 - 9 years of experience in logistics, Freight Brokerage with exposure to US logistics.
- Strong understanding of dispatch - truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), intermodal and freight operations.
- Experience with TMS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel or data analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
