Job Title: Business Development Executive - Field Sales & Client Acquisition

Role Overview

Responsible for acquiring recent clients, converting qualified leads into revenue, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through client meetings and end-to-end sales management.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate qualified leads within 24 hours

Conduct client and prospect meetings and understand their requirements

Identify decision-makers, requirements, budget, and timelines

Present products/services and prepare proposals, samples, and presentations

Negotiate and close qualified business opportunities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Coordinate with Operations for order execution and delivery

Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates





Follow up for advance payments and outstanding collections

Share order, dispatch, packing, and tracking updates with clients

Conduct regular client touchpoints and collect customer feedback
