About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our YCDC Growth Optimization Project and help build a data-driven system for tracking and improving sales, marketing, customer, and revenue performance across two clinic locations.

The role combines Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Dashboard Development, and Growth Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, integrate, and analyse data from CRM, billing/POS, appointments, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive management dashboards.
- Track sales funnel, conversion, revenue, customer retention, marketing, and counselor/doctor performance.
- Establish baseline KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and opportunities from business data.
- Support data analysis for business experiments and measure their impact against baseline performance.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with the project consultant and management to convert data into actionable business insights.





Dashboard & Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following:
- Power BI / Looker Studio / Metabase
- Python & Pandas
- Streamlit
- Plotly / Matplotlib
- Render or similar cloud deployment platforms
- SQL
- APIs / data integration
- Git / GitHub

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills are essential.

Someone who can go beyond preparing reports and answer:

What is happening? Why is it happening? Where is the opportunity? What should we test?

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, business understanding, and the ability to communicate insights clearly are key.

Experience in sales analytics, marketing analytics, CRM analytics, or business intelligence will be an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics , Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
