Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Ideation:
Analyze social media trends, perform market research, and create monthly content strategies (reels, carousels, stories, ads) tailored to client targets.
- Scriptwriting:
Write compelling, conversational short-form video scripts with robust hooks and clear calls-to-action.
- AI Integration:
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline workflows, build custom prompt frameworks, and brainstorm concepts.
- Shoot Supervision:
Plan shoot schedules, brief clients and videographers, direct shoots, and occasionally appear on camera when needed.
- Creative Supervision:
Oversee video editing (pacing, transitions, captions) and design visual assets using Canva.
- Performance Content:




Analyze Meta Ads Library to script high-converting ad variations for performance marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content creation, scriptwriting, and strategy (agency experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and short-form video dynamics.
- Strong prompt-writing skills and experience using AI tools effectively.
- Proficiency with
Canva
and working knowledge of short-form video editing principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; familiarity with Hindi/Hinglish content formats is a plus.
- Hands-on experience directing shoots and willingness to appear on camera if required.
