Role Overview:

Warrous Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced
Technical Product Manager
with a solid technical and IT background to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Business, and Leadership teams to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

This role requires a balance of
product thinking, technical depth, execution rigor, AI-driven delivery, and stakeholder management
.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy aligned with business objectives
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and release management
- Ensure strong SDLC adherence,



including design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive continuous improvement
- Analyze product metrics, customer feedback, and system performance to guide product decisions
- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of the product
- Support integrations, APIs, data flows, and platform-level architecture discussions
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and drive resolution

Support documentation, KT sessions, and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience
as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar product/technology leadership role.
- Strong technical background in
IT systems, web/mobile platforms, APIs, databases, cloud environments, and enterprise applications
