Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Location: Ameerpet & Moosapet, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Work Requirement: Candidate should be flexible to work at both Ameerpet and Moosapet locations.

Job Summary

Chandu Dance Studio is looking for a friendly, energetic, and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk, handle customer interactions, coordinate Zumba/dance class schedules, and support day-to-day studio operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
- Explain Zumba and dance programs, timings, fees, and membership plans to customers.
- Register new members and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate class schedules and communicate changes to members.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain attendance and membership details.
- Handle basic billing, fee collection, and payment records.




- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding daily schedules and requirements.
- Ensure the reception area and customer-facing areas are neat and organized.
- Address basic customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
- Support promotional activities, events, and membership campaigns of the studio.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Receptionist, Front Office, Customer Support, or similar roles preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
- Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Should be flexible to work at both Ameerpet and Moosapet branches as required.
- Candidates with experience in gyms, fitness studios, dance studios, or wellness centres will be preferred.
