The role

We build recruiting software in India for the US and UK market — and we’ve never had an outbound salesperson. You’ll be the first. That means you own outbound, pipeline, demos, and closing from day one. No SDR to hand you leads. No playbook to inherit. You write it as you go.

What you’ll own
- 90% outbound
— source and build your own pipeline from scratch
- Full-cycle deals
— qualify, run consultative demos, handle objections, close
- High-velocity closing
— $3,600–$7,200 ARR contracts, volume over vanity
- Total deal ownership
— no hand-offs, no committee, just your number
- A direct line to product — you’ll shape the roadmap with what you hear on calls

You’re a fit if

Comp & logistics
- Based in India, fully remote — working hours overlap with US/UK time zones
