Role Description
The Business Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.



The Business Manager will oversee sales and business development activities within the assigned territory, including planning and executing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and motivating the field sales team, monitoring performance metrics, conducting market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities across Akumentis’ therapeutic segments. The role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts, as well as ensuring compliant promotion of products and alignment with company policies. The Business Manager will also collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to implement campaigns, optimize resource allocation, and provide regular reports and insights on market trends and competitor activities.
