Delivery Manager - Demand & Item Planning

Role Summary

Own end-to-end service delivery for demand planning and forecasting operations. Drive forecasting strategy, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business outcomes through effective governance and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of demand planning and forecasting services across General Merchandise categories.
- Establish operational governance, forecast performance frameworks, and service delivery standards.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and planning priorities.




- Define and monitor KPIs related to forecast accuracy, bias, timeliness, productivity, and service levels.
- Drive transformation initiatives including automation, advanced analytics, and process optimization.
- Oversee forecasting risks, compliance requirements, and issue resolution processes.
- Manage resource planning, financial performance, and operational capacity.
- Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the forecasting organization.
