Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material purchasing, and purchase documentation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials at the best quality and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day purchase activities and procurement processes.

* Prepare purchase orders (PO) and maintain purchase records.

* Coordinate with vendors for quotations, rates, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.

* Manage vendor negotiation and maintain good vendor relationships.

* Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability.

* Verify purchase invoices, bills, and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with stores, production, and other departments for material requirements.

* Maintain vendor data, purchase reports, and documentation.





* Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders and deliveries.

* Assist in cost analysis and purchase planning.

* Ensure proper documentation and ERP entries for purchase transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 2-5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.

* Knowledge of purchase process and vendor management.

* Basic knowledge of ERP software.

* Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

* MS Excel knowledge.

* Ability to maintain records and documentation.

* Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
