We’re Hiring | Senior Tender Executive

Location: Noida
Experience: 3–5 Years

We’re looking for a Tender Executive with strong expertise in handling end-to-end tender processes within the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing tender life cycle from RFI, RFP, EOI, BOQ to final submission.
- Handling GeM portal and CPPP E-Procurement platforms.
- Preparing proposal, commercial & financial bids, financial documents.
- Ensuring technical compliance with tender specifications.
- Conducting L1 comparisons, proposal reviews & price negotiations.
- Tender database management & maintaining tender records on a daily basis.

Skills & Expertise:

✅ IT domain tendering expertise
✅ Experience with GeM & CPPP platforms




✅ Strong knowledge of tender documentation & compliance
✅ Ability to handle technical specifications & bid submissions
✅ Excellent in record-keeping & tender database management
