Job Description

Consultech is looking for a Tender Bidding & Vendor Registration Executive to manage tender

identification, documentation, online bidding and vendor registration activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant government, PSU and private-sector tenders.
- Study tender documents and understand eligibility and submission requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender documentation in coordination with internal teams.
- Handle online tender submission and maintain tender records.
- Manage EMD, tender fees and other required documentation.
- Register and update the company on customer/vendor portals.
- Coordinate with various departments for required certificates and documents.
- Maintain a database of submitted,



ongoing and upcoming tenders.
- Track tender results and maintain follow-up records.
- Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements
- B.Com/BBA/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, vendor registration or related

activities.
- Practical experience with e-tendering portals is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Positive written and verbal communication.
- Experience with engineering/EPC/industrial companies will be an advantage.
