Job Title: Application Developer

Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance existing web applications using established in-house frameworks.
- Develop new web applications from layout to full functionality, aligning with customer requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance and fostering their technical growth.
- Refine web application specifications, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, maintaining application stability and performance.
- Drive the development of applications from scratch, demonstrating extensive hands-on experience throughout the lifecycle.
- Engage regularly with business stakeholders and senior management, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Apply deep technical expertise to address challenging and interesting technical problems.




- Plan and deliver robust software platforms that are utilized across multiple products and departments.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in web application development, including code quality and security.

Skills and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of qualified experience in application development, with a focus on web technologies.
- Proven expertise in web applications development, including front-end and back-end components.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: React, Node.js, C# .Net, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with database systems like MySQL or Oracle.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior development teams effectively.
- Extensive experience in developing applications from inception to deployment.
