Quick Commerce Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive – Quick Commerce to manage customer accounts, reporting, order/Purchase Order (PO) verification, and day-to-day coordination with quick commerce platforms. The candidate should have robust Advanced Excel and VLOOKUP , PIVOT TABLE skills and be comfortable handling large volumes of data and preparing accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and account coordination for assigned Quick Commerce customers/platforms.
- Verify Purchase Orders (POs) received from customers and ensure accuracy of product, quantity, price, SKU, and other relevant details.
- Cross-check customer POs with internal records, agreed pricing, product master, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding PO discrepancies, order issues, pricing differences, and billing-related queries.




- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales reports.
- Generate customer-wise, SKU-wise, order-wise, and sales-performance reports as required.
- Use Advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, filters, sorting, conditional formatting, and data reconciliation for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to management.
- Track pending POs, order status, dispatches, invoices, and other account-related activities.
- Reconcile customer data with internal sales/order data and identify mismatches.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders, POs, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for smooth order execution.
