ABOUT THE ROLE:

Biotecnika is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, promoting Biotecnika’s biotechnology and life sciences training programs, and contributing to organizational growth.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with solid communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in the Biotechnology and Life Sciences industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements and career goals.

• Explain Biotecnika’s biotechnology and life sciences training programs to prospective customers.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.





• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Convert qualified leads into course enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Maintain accurate and updated customer information in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.

• Candidates with B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., or M.Tech. qualifications are eligible.

• 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Tele-calling, or a related field.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Robust verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
