Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive(for women only) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations/proposals, negotiating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Enter accounting transactions in Tally/ERP software.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Assist with bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports.
- Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting and documentation.
- Support the Senior Accountant in audits and statutory compliance.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments when required.
- Maintain cash and petty-cash records.




- Coordinate with other departments regarding bills, payments, and accounting information.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting; freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
