1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales and business development activities for precast concrete products, including precast boundary walls, RCC panels, box culverts, U-drains, manholes and other precast products.

The Sales Head will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new customers, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, preparing commercial strategies and expanding the company's market presence.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, references, tenders and market visits.
- Develop customers in real estate, infrastructure, industrial, government and construction sectors.




- Identify new projects and upcoming requirements for precast products.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits and technical/commercial discussions.

Team Management
- Lead, guide and monitor the sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets.
- Review sales performance regularly and take corrective actions.
- Train the sales team on products, pricing, quotation preparation and negotiation.

Quotation & Commercial Activities
- Review customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/estimation team for quotations.
- Negotiate rates, payment terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order status.
- Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular MIS reports to management.
