We are currently seeking a SAP OpenText IES to join our team in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Support OpenText VIM and Information Extraction Service (IES) including OCR processing, invoice capture, document workflow, archive management, interface troubleshooting, and invoice automation improvements.
- Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
- Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
- Support deployment activities and transport management.
- Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
- Ability work in Shifts supporting Multiple Regional Support
