As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. You will collaborate with clients, product teams, developers, and quality assurance teams to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support the successful delivery of innovative payment solutions.
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
* Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives.
* Perform requirement analysis and recommend suitable technology solutions.
* Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, and Project Management teams.
* Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning,
and UAT activities.
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support implementation, testing, and post-production activities.
* Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

* Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
* Knowledge of SQL and databases (preferred)

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates who have recently graduated in 2026 with a B.Tech, BE, M.Tech, or MBA degree and are available to join immediately.
