Role Purpose

The Lead F&A; will be responsible for managing the end-to-end finance and accounting operations of the MTCS business. This role will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and alignment of financial strategies with business objectives. The incumbent will act as a key partner to leadership, providing insights and driving efficiency in financial processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) function, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
3. Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and previous periods, highlighting key business drivers and risks.
4. Monitor project-wise profitability, costing, revenue recognition, and financial performance.
5. Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making and current business initiatives.
6. Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports,



management dashboards, and business performance reviews.
7. Drive budgeting and cost control initiatives across departments to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
8. Support the Business Head and leadership team with actionable financial insights and recommendations.
9. Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities in coordination with accounting teams.
10. Review general ledger, provisions, accruals, and accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
11. Oversee project costing, allocation methodologies, and profitability analysis for consulting assignments.
12. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate governance requirements.
13. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for financial matters.
14. Prepare board presentations, financial reports, and management updates for senior leadership.
