Role & responsibilities:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Support and lead category management activities to drive operational effectiveness and business performance.
- Lead supplier performance management and develop action plans to improve supplier quality, delivery, cost, and overall performance.
- Lead supplier risk mitigation and logistics activities, ensuring continuity of supply and proactive risk management.
- Lead material total cost of ownership (TCO) reviews and execute cost management and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support and lead strategic sourcing and commodity management initiatives.
- Develop and execute a pipeline of value proposition, cost-out, and continuous improvement projects.
- Lead supplier readiness activities for new product launches in coordination with NPD and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in supply chain optimization initiatives to improve material flow, reduce waste, and capture value.




- Act as a team leader and subject matter expert, providing direction and support to team members.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members, helping them improve their skills, performance, and growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain high-performing teams, provide constructive feedback, and positively influence team members.
- Take ownership of team objectives, delegate responsibilities effectively, and drive accountability for deliverables and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team, with clear examples of developing team members and improving team performance.
