Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Data Manager
to lead end-to-end data management across our
Retail Media Network
platform. The role will be responsible for data ingestion, integration, transformation, data quality, governance, modeling, and analytics enablement.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience with
SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure, Looker/LookML, ETL/ELT, data governance, and data quality
, along with the ability to work closely with engineering, analytics, marketing, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end data management strategy across source systems, cloud platforms, analytics layers, and reporting tools.
- Oversee data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, transformation, integration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Work with
Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Microsoft Azure
, and other enterprise data platforms.
- Ensure data pipelines are scalable, reliable, secure, and optimized for performance.




- Define and implement data quality standards, validation rules, reconciliation processes, and exception handling.
- Establish data governance practices covering data definitions, metadata, lineage, documentation, security, and compliance.
- Oversee data modeling and analytics solutions using
BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure, and Looker
.
- Guide the development and maintenance of
LookML models and semantic layers
.
- Partner with data analysts and business teams to define KPIs, metrics, business rules, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure datasets are optimized for dashboards, self-service analytics, campaign reporting, and business intelligence.
- Manage data related to
retail media campaigns, marketing performance, promotions, customer engagement, and retail operations
.
- Support campaign measurement, audience insights, media performance reporting, and promotional analytics.
