We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HRBP to support and partner with operations teams at Loco Bear. This role will focus on driving HR initiatives, managing employee lifecycle, and ensuring smooth people operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an HR partner for business/operations teams
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
- Support manpower planning and recruitment coordination
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles
- Work closely with L&D; for training and development initiatives
- Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards

Eligibility Criteria:




- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field 3–5 years of experience in HRBP / Generalist role
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR industry preferred
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee management
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
