Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, enhancing customer experience, improving conversion rates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge e-commerce solutions for the global jewellery market. The role involves managing website features, marketplace integrations, user journeys, and performance metrics to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the e-commerce product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Improve user experience across website navigation, search, product pages, cart, and checkout processes.
- Collaborate with Design, Development, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams for feature implementation.
- Gather business requirements,



create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze customer behavior, website analytics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Oversee integrations with ERP, payment gateways, logistics, and third-party applications.
- Monitor key KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, AOV, retention, bounce rate, and customer engagement.
- Ensure seamless product launches, promotions, and website enhancements.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom solutions.
- Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization.
