Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, payable activities, TDS, audit documentation, and financial records. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of accounting processes and the ability to coordinate with auditors, vendors, banks, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, returns, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and verify TDS challans and ensure timely statutory payments.
- Prepare documents, schedules, and supporting records required for internal and statutory audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required accounting records and clarifications.
- Manage daily accounts payable activities,



including verification and completion of payable transactions.
- Verify vendor invoices, supporting documents, approvals, and payment requests.
- Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Perform bank, vendor, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports and periodic financial statements as required by management.
- Monitor statutory compliance related to TDS, GST, and other applicable financial regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, Purchase, and other departments for finance-related matters.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
- Support management in financial analysis, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and other finance-related activities.
